Cook at the Faculté des Métiers KER Lann

“After an experience in gastronomical cooking and as a business leader, I share my professional experience at the Faculté des Métiers KER Lann in Bruz since 2005. I like to understand what is happening in my pots, that’s why with the help of chemists we work on techniques used in cooking and experienced in chemistry. That is what we call popularisation of science! This collaboration and this work help me in the transmission of my experience to the young people I train in cooking.”
