Freddy Thiburce is a consultant in collaborative innovation in the field of food: open innovation, living lab method, digital solutions. His expertise in culinary marketing and strategies of collective influence, as well as his interest in healthy and “green” food, have led him to participate to the development of a FoodTech project called “Healthy food – French style” within the startups Natural Cooking by Alexandra Beauvais.
