Thierry Graffagnino has over 40 years’ experience in the world of pizza and has achieved success, recognition and expertise that have been proven by 3 consecutive world championships he has won in Rome. Thierry has also been the President of the French Pizzaïolo Federation and is still leading the World Institute of Pizza, which trains over one hundred pizzaïolos per year and advises the producers and manufacturers of pizza machinery (artisans as well as corporate groups). He is also and most importantly 😊 the Executive Chef of Pazzi.
